Important COVID-19 message

Like many, I was initially skeptical of the severity of COVID-19 outbreak until things progressed and have been following the stats. This virus is very contagious and can be deadly. The health and safety of our patients at Well Adjusted is extremely important. We are following the guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization. At the office, we continue to maintain the cleanliness of our office and have been taking even more precautions. Tables and tools are disinfected between each use, using hand sanitizer or washing hands between each patient. Wipes are used more frequently to clean doorknobs, counter tops, pens, credit card, water dispenser and more. Toys are cleaned more frequently and some have been removed that can't be washed.

If you have a fever or feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Please notify the office if you have been traveling or been in close contact with someone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19 or has tested positive. Symptoms of the virus include: fever, cough and shortness of breath. Learn more here: CDC Cornavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Now is the time to be boosting your immune system as much as possible and doing your best to prevent the spread of the virus. Eat healthy, avoid sugar and alcohol, take your vitamins (especially C and D), stay hydrated, reduce/quit smoking, get lots of sleep, wash hands, try to minimize stress, do your best to keep a distance from people especially if they are sick, avoid large groups and get fresh air. I encourage everyone to schedule a chiropractic appointment to help your body feel and work it’s best.

Patients MUST make an appointment so we can limit interaction and clean thoroughly between each each appointment. Walk-ins have always been welcomed at Brookfield but at this time we must limit our practice to scheduled appointments. Scheduling is easy, call before hand or book directly on our website or Facebook page. Please “Like” our Facebook page to stay up to date on information. Brewster office is still by appointment only.
